Snow Cottage is an ideal little getaway, a romantic and cosy single storey cottage sleeping a couple Snow Cottage is a stylish conversion of part of The old Grove Farm. The unusual 'Soldier' brickwork dates back to the 1700's. The main room has a beautiful old wood floor and an impressively high vaulted wooden ceiling.
Snow Cottage has an interesting mix of period and modern 'classic' antique furniture which creates a 'loft feeling'.

Rose Cottage with its lovely big open log fire is a welcoming place to come home to after exploring Suffolk's beautiful countryside and tiny Medieval villages. This romantic holiday cottage was once part of the early 1700's dairy here at The Old Grove Farm. Eventually converted into a cosy cottage it retains masses of character from its past, with it's high vaulted wooden ceilings, lime-washed walls, exposed beams and lovely old wood floor.

Since 1720 The Bakery provided bread for the old Grove Farm, now it is converted into an extremely cosy and romantic self-contained cottage. It has a pretty open fire in the original ancient Baking oven which you can watch as you sink back into the comfy sofa and enjoy the sunset over the Orchard gardens. The cottage has many characterful and original features like its brick floor, old beams and massive 'Kettle' which was State of the Art in 1700 for laundry and beer making. Pets Welcome

Dons Barn definitely has the WOW Factor. It was once the early 1700's Winnowing Barn of The Grove Farm. Now converted into a cosy cottage it has an impressive view over the Orchard through the massive Oak Barn door windows and you can watch the sunsetting from your bed on the galleried first floor.

Gun Cottage is the old 1720's farm worker's cottage situated at the end of the The Old Grove Farm. It retains all of its original simple homeliness and charm and has a lovely open log fire.

Orchard Cottage was created out of the old hay and pigeon lofts that made up part of the long Eastern wall of the old enclosed farm quadrangles first built in the 1720's. It is our biggest cottage and sleeps 5 people very comfortably and a sixth in an emergency.
